Our technical support team also provides testing & commissioning, training, maintenance contracts, repair reconditioning of any systems etc. Our office and production units are located in Barka industrial area in Oman and in Al Taai Industrial area in Dubai. Our trading division also focused on supply of specialized technical equipment, spares and services. We also stock high quality water treatment components such as pumps, filters, membranes, conductivity meters and antiscalant chemicals to meet the immediate requirements of customers. Hallmark is authorized stockiest of various world-renowned brands such as Dupont–Filmtec, MyronL, Jesco, Structural, Pentair, Flocon etc.

Gafoor Shahul
Gafoor leads Hallmark’s management team and will probably be the first of our people that you meet. He will help you to identify your exact needs and, subsequently, oversee your customised proposal and the implementation and maintenance of the system you decide to adopt.
Gafoor is a seasoned veteran of the Gulf region’s Reverse Osmosis and Filtration market, having commenced his career as Sales support staff with an established, Dubai based company in 1997 and progressed through that organisation to the level of International Director of Sales. His post-graduate qualifications include MIB (International Business) and MBA (Marketing) University of Wollongong, which were acquired during his career in RO to add powerful academic disciplines to his business acumen and practical experience. Indeed, all three of Hallmark’s most senior managers have over 20 years’ experience in this industry, so they have a wealth of collective experience for the benefit the company’s clients.
By combining these decades-experienced water treatment team, they have established a quality focused water treatment business, in the beautiful Sultanate of Oman, with its direct access to deep water ports and all the traditional easterly maritime routes.
